Pedestrian View Of Los Angeles

This blog focuses on rail lines in LA country that exist, are under construction or under consideration. The Californian high-speed rail project and southern CA to Vegas project will also be covered. Since most of the relevant developments in the news, rail websites and blogosphere take place on weekdays, this blog will be updated primarily Monday through Friday and occasionally on the weekends. Your comments, criticism and suggestions are encouraged. Miscellaneous stuff will also appear here.

Tomorrow Rally for Gold Line Foothill Extension

Live Coverage of Tomorrow’s Rally « I Will Ride Blog
Live Coverage of Tomorrow’s Rally
Posted by Albert

Our rally tomorrow is going to be the beginning of a series of big events for the Gold Line Foothill Extension in the month of May (more on that in another post).

For those of you who can’t make it to our rally (because of class or work), we’ll be covering the rally live on our Twitter feed @iwillride.

If you happen to be in the area tomorrow, drop on by! Our rally will warm up around 10:30 AM and get started at 11:00 AM.

Just look for a sea of yellow (gold!) shirts on the Citrus College campus with words of wisdom pasted on the back – like “Azusa in 2013” or “The San Gabriel Valley Counts Too!” or (the wisest one of them all) “Fund the Gold Line Now!”.

Food and refreshments will be served afterwards for lunch.

Rally information posted below:
